Follwing is a set of document sent to Kino Bay Inc c/o Mr. Yong KIm advising him of distributor immediate termination, revocation of rights and power of attorney as well letter to cease and desist the infringent use of trade mark name of FPE Fuel Performance Enhacer and the infringement use of copyright materials that they are using on the website bestfpe.com in addition to their marketing of counterfeit product which they are labeling FPE Fuel Performance Enhacer manufactured by B&A Int'l, Inc. for Kino Bay Inc.
