Follwoing are 2 letters submitted to Mr. Jim Caldwell with the United States Environmental Protection Agency putting the US EPA on notice of Kino Bay Inc. and Iris Industries packaging a product in February of 2008 and labeling same with erroneous US EPA Registration Number.
