Following is a copy of letter submitted to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office Defense Logistics Information Service advising of the counterfeiting manufacturing, sale,distribution and exportation of product known as FPE Fuel Performance Enhancer a registered product of B&A Int'l, Inc. with first delivery coming from Iris Industries Inc. in New Jersey providing a counterfeit facsimile of the above referred to product.
