Following is a set of letters and email communication with Olga Acevedo of Iris Industries or Borinquen Chemicals for order she placed for New York Police Department which was in reality for furnishing Kino Bay Inc the first order for export with counterfeit label as supplied by Kino Bay Inc. with erroneous UPC code information.  This product was the domestic version of the known as FPE which was ordered as per Iris Industries Inc.Borinquen Chemicals for the New York Police Department therefore for use with gasoline blended for United States domestic usage not for export purposes.
