Following is copy of letter submitted to the Dallas Office of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) advising of the counterfeiting manufacturing, sale, distribution and exportation of product known as FPE Fuel Performance Enhancer a registered product of B&A Int'l, Inc. with first delivery coming from Iris Industries Inc. in New Jersey constituting a federal offense as not only is Kino Bay Inc. infringing on copyright and trademark rights but also utilizing official US Government Documents such as the US EPA Registration and Joint US/Canadian Departments of Defense Certification to market a counterfeit facsimile of the above referred to product.
