Following is copy of email trail from Alibaba.com advising of removal of Kino Bay Inc. reference to counterfeit FPE Fuel Performance Enhancer product after their investigation to my claim of January 14, 200 after being advised of Kino Bay Inc. continued dealings in counterfeit product distribution. Not only is Kino Bay Inc. infringing on copyright and trademark rights but also utilizing official US Government Documents such as the US EPA Registration and Joint US/Canadian Departments of Defense Certification to market a counterfeit facsimile of the above referred to product.
